Probability and NonLocal PDEs

Interplay and Cross-Impact

Swansea University (Bay Campus), UK, 17–19 September 2018

The aim of the conference is to present results and methods related to the interconnection between Probability and nonlocal PDEs and to outline further directions of their cooperation and mutual impact. Nonlocal PDEs inspired by the sciences are often derived from models investigated by probabilists. Probabilistic methods are increasingly used for the study of (nonlocal) PDEs. Moreover, Probability is nowadays also becoming a beneficiary of results about PDE problems, that in turn give rise to new questions in PDEs.
